Shipping Policy

Hibri Glass is committed to providing fast and safe shipping on all orders.

All glass items are fragile and require special handling, so when you order from Hibri Glass, we use the most secure packaging to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. 

Depending on the piece orders may take 1- 5 days to prepare for shipping. 

For orders in the Austin/San Antonio area, I offer free delivery services. 

We ship all domestic orders via UPS, via a trackable and insured service. Before dispatch you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information so you can check the shipping status of your package.

For orders within USA, we offer express delivery and standard delivery. Express delivery is usually 1-2 business days depending on your location. Standard delivery is usually 4-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the delivery service and any other factors outside of our control.

For international orders, we offer DHL freight service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the delivery service and any other factors outside of our control.

Hibri Glass does not accept responsibility for any customs fees or taxes that may be applied to international orders.
